At The Label Loop, part of MSQUARE International B.V., we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. This shipping policy is designed to provide clarity about our shipping procedures, delivery times, and your rights as a customer.
1. Processing and Shipping
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Processing time excludes weekends and official holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code to follow your package.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
We ship via reputable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is typically 1 - 3 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. For orders above a certain amount, shipping costs may be waived; current threshold amounts are listed on our website.
4. Delayed Delivery
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier congestion, weather conditions, or customs procedures. In such cases, we will contact you if necessary.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Europe. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us at contact@thelabelloop.com to discuss the options.

After transfer to the carrier, responsibility for the package lies with the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work together to find an appropriate solution.
