Welcome to The Label Loop! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Label Loop. The Label Loop operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”). The Label Loop is powered by Shopify so that we can deliver the Services to you.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The Label Loop reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not accepted until The Label Loop confirms it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. The Label Loop may not be able to honor a cancellation request after your order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided during checkout.
You may return or exchange purchases only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time you place your order and will be stated in the confirmation email you receive. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling fees, customs duties, and import charges.

In case of conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms prevail.

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All stated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we hand over products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by The Label Loop, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by patent, copyright, and intellectual property laws in the United States and other countries.

The names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans of The Label Loop are trademarks of The Label Loop or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without prior written consent. The names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans within the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.
ARTICLE 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may have access to customer tools provided by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor or control these tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

The Label Loop uses Shopify to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are handled directly by The Label Loop. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales-related aspect between you and The Label Loop, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with The Label Loop.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which you can view here. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, which you can view here. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read the applicable Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services to deliver and improve the Services. Information you submit through the Services is transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located in countries other than your own, so they can provide services to you. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LABEL LOOP, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Label Loop, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any costs related to losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to (1) your breach of these Service Terms or referenced documents; (2) your violation of any law or rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
ARTICLE 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Service Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Service Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
ARTICLE 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Service Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Service Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Service Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Service Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where The Label Loop has its headquarters. You and The Label Loop agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the applicable courts.

Headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or affect these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Service Terms. Updates and changes will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of material changes in accordance with applicable law. Such changes take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued access or use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
